• Once you’ve completed the Project Briefing Document, then we’ll prepare a no-obligation fixed price quote. The quote will tell you what you are getting when you will get it and how much it will cost. The quote is valid for 30 days.
• Then it’s up to you. If you want to work together, great! Let us know.
• Once you agree to work together you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. This allows us to book in your project.
• A key step is to find out who your ideal client is and what motivates them. We need to really understand them and your business before we write any copy. And because you know your business better than anyone, we will need your input. At this stage, we will send you a detail copywriting questionnaire.
• We may need to have a Skype meeting to clarify any additional or missing information.
• Then it’s our turn. Now we immerse ourselves in your business. We do a detailed research on your business, your competitors, your ideal client and, if you approve, we also call your existing clients.
• Next, we write, edit or optimise copy, depending on what you hired us to do.
• Then we send you the copy for your review. Our quote allows for two drafts to make sure you’re happy with the final result. You have 5 business days to send in your review comments.
• Then we do a final update on your copy (if we need it).
• Once all the copywriting has been completed, reviewed and approved, then you simply need to send us the final invoice.

• Next, we prepare a unique marketing strategy plan for you.
• Now you have a choice: you can do the marketing yourself (or engage someone else) or you can choose to continue with us, and let us do it all for you.

• Some of our clients decide to continue having ongoing coaching until their long-term marketing strategy is fully implemented in their business.
